AIWorthy is a market research business that publishes the Triangle AI Visibility Index and related research products. AIWorthy is operated by Heather Harreld as a LLC based in Apex, North Carolina. Our products measure and report how AI platforms respond to queries about named mid-market companies in the Research Triangle region — they do not constitute legal, financial, or marketing advice.

AIWorthy publishes observational research. Our scores and findings reflect what AI platforms returned in response to our standardized research prompts on specific collection dates. They represent a measurement of AI platform behavior at a point in time — not an endorsement, rating, or evaluation of any company's actual business quality, financial performance, or professional reputation.

AI Visibility Scores and related findings should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions, investment decisions, hiring decisions, or assessments of any company's professional capabilities.

You may use AIWorthy research products for your own internal business intelligence purposes. You may share findings and cite data from AIWorthy reports provided you attribute the source as 'AIWorthy Triangle AI Visibility Index, [Month Year]' and link to aiworthy.ai.

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute AIWorthy research reports in their entirety without written permission.
• Use AIWorthy data in advertising or marketing materials in a way that implies AIWorthy endorses your company or products.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AIWorthy research data without a written agreement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from AIWorthy products or this website.

Paid AIWorthy products are offered on a monthly or one-time basis as described on our services page. Monthly subscriptions have a three-month minimum commitment unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in US dollars.

Refund Policy: refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of the most recent charge. Refunds for one-time purchases are available within 7 days of delivery if the deliverable was materially incomplete. Refund requests should be sent to hharreld@aiworthy.ai.

AIWorthy research products are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' AIWorthy makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of any specific finding.

AI platform responses are inherently variable. AIWorthy's methodology mitigates but does not eliminate score variance. Individual scores should be interpreted as directional indicators, not precise measurements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIWorthy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our research products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIWorthy in the 90 days preceding the claim.

All AIWorthy research reports, methodology documents, scoring frameworks, and website content are the intellectual property of Heather Harreld / AIWorthy. The Triangle AI Visibility Index name and AIWorthy brand are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any AIWorthy intellectual property to you.

AIWorthy's research findings, scores, and rankings are determined entirely by our standardized methodology. No company, advertiser, or third party has editorial influence over our findings. We do not accept payment to include, exclude, modify, or suppress any company's data. If AIWorthy enters a commercial engagement with any panel company, that relationship will be disclosed in the relevant report's methodology note.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of AIWorthy products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
