• Subscribe to the Triangle AI Visibility Index or any other AIWorthy research product.
• Contact us by email or through any contact form.
• Purchase a paid product or service.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and is used in aggregate to understand how our content is used. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver research reports, snapshots, and other products you have requested or subscribed to.
• Send you email communications related to your subscription, including monthly report delivery and updates.
• Process payments for paid products and services.
• Respond to your questions and requests.

If you subscribe to the Triangle AI Visibility Index, request a free AI Visibility Snapshot, or otherwise opt in to email communications, we will send you research-related emails using MailerLite. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send.

We authenticate our sending domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We do not send unsolicited email.

Payment processing for all paid AIWorthy products is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface. AIWorthy does not store, process, or have access to your credit card number or other payment credentials.

AIWorthy's Triangle AI Visibility Index includes observational data about named companies in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. This data is derived from AI platform responses to standardized research prompts. It describes how AI platforms respond to queries about these companies — it is not personal data about individuals.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking for marketing purposes.

We retain your email address and associated profile information for as long as you are subscribed to AIWorthy communications. If you unsubscribe, your contact record is deleted from our active marketing list within 30 days. We may retain transactional records (purchase history) for up to seven years for accounting and tax purposes.
