Corrections & Disputes Policy
Effective: June 22, 2026
AIWorthy is committed to the accuracy of every finding we publish. This policy explains how factual errors are handled, what types of corrections we accept, and what panel companies can and cannot request.
What We Will Correct
AIWorthy will review and correct factual errors in our analyst commentary — specifically, verifiable facts about a company's services, headquarters location, founding date, ownership structure, or approximate size that we have misstated in our written analysis.
We will not correct, adjust, or remove:
- AI Visibility Scores. Scores reflect what AI platforms returned in response to our standardized prompts. They measure AI platform behavior — not a company's actual quality or capabilities. If AI platforms return incomplete or inaccurate information about your company, that gap itself is a research finding.
- Tier designations (Established, Emerging, Developing, Invisible). Tiers are derived from scores using a published formula.
- Platform-level findings that accurately describe what an AI platform returned.
- A company's inclusion in the panel. Panel selection criteria are published at aiworthy.ai/methodology. Inclusion cannot be purchased, negotiated, or revoked by a panel company.
How to Submit a Correction
Send your correction request to hharreld@aiworthy.ai with the subject line: Correction Request — [Company Name].
Your submission should include: the specific statement you believe is inaccurate, the correct information, and one or more verifiable sources (company website, public filing, LinkedIn, Triangle Business Journal listing).
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete our review within 10 business days.
How Corrections Are Published
Verified corrections are published in the next monthly report as a correction notice. We do not silently edit prior reports. The original finding remains in the historical record with an annotation noting the correction and the date it was made. This is consistent with standard editorial practice and our commitment to longitudinal data integrity.
Disputes About AI Platform Behavior
If AI platforms are returning incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information about your company, that is a legitimate research finding — not an error on AIWorthy's part. We report what AI platforms say. We do not attempt to explain why a given platform returns what it returns, and we are not able to modify AI platform behavior on any company's behalf.
Companies interested in understanding why their AI visibility score is what it is, or what factors may be influencing AI platform responses, may request a paid Deep Dive analysis. See aiworthy.ai/work-with-me for details.
Disputes About Panel Inclusion
Panel companies may not request removal from the panel. Our research covers named companies as an act of editorial observation — in the same way that a journalist covering an industry covers the companies in it. Factual information about companies that operate publicly in the Research Triangle region is not subject to opt-out.
If you have legal concerns about our coverage of your company, please direct those to hharreld@aiworthy.ai. We will respond through appropriate channels.
